Notice Prior to Analysis Request

Korea Environment Corporation Information System (Korea Environmental Preservation Association) Mandatory Requirements

  • Class 1 & 2 Business Sites: Must register measurement service standard contract and work plan in the Korea Environment Corporation Information Management System (Korea Environmental Preservation Association)
  • Class 3, 4, 5 & Other Business Sites: Must register standard contract and work plan in the Korea Environment Corporation Information Management System (Korea Environmental Preservation Association)
  • For Class 1 & 2 Sites (subject to prior submission): Must submit work plan at least 7 days before the contract signing date
     

Analysis Request Procedure:

On-site Sampling (for self-measurement, environmental impact assessment, licensing, reference purposes):  Request quote -> Complete analysis request form -> Prepare work plan and contract -> Technical staff visit and sampling -> Analysis -> Send test report -> Payment of fees
*Note: Travel expenses apply by region when technical staff visits for sampling

Client-provided Samples (for quality control, research, other purposes, reference): Request quote -> Complete analysis request form -> Prepare work plan and contract -> Sample reception (via delivery or client visit) -> Analysis -> Send test report -> Payment of fees
