As of March 22, Veolia Korea signed a contract for the 20 year extension of the operation service of SEETEC’s water and cooling tower facility. Veolia and SEETEC Ltd. signed a Water Service Agreement in March 2000 to provide services in water treatment within the petrochemical plant and production of cooling tower make-up water, demineralized water, and potable water for 20 years in a stable manner. SEETEC Ltd. and its joint shareholders, LG Chem and Lotte Chemical, have highly appreciated Veolia’s stable and efficient operation capacity and prompt response to crises, thus deciding to extend the contract for operation of water and cooling tower facilities at existing worksites. Through this project, Veolia plans to provide the following guaranteed services as a global corporation specializing in operation according to the needs of client companies.
