PlastiLoop Hwaseong

Veolia Korea acquired Doksan and DSPL, a plastic waste recycling facilities located in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, in March 2019, to expand its value chain from plastic sorting and SRF manufacturing to production of high-quality recycled plastic. In December 2022, the Group officially launched PlastiLoop, our new brand of circular polymers, to successfully support industrial clients in their transformation. In Korea, Doksan and DSPL have become PlastiLoop Hwaseong. 

PlastiLoop Hwaseong sources PP bale as its raw material from plastic sorting companies nearby such as DH Recycling which is run by Veolia. It produces r-PP pellet through the process of sorting, crushing, cleaning and pelletizing and then manufactures r-PP compounds from r-PP pellet.
